Betting Rules

Abandoned or forfeited matches are settled in accordance with the individual market rules displayed at the time of wagering.

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension, Closure & Disputes

Where an Account is closed due to a suspected breach of these Terms, gtk922 will conduct an internal investigation. Funds held in the Account will be placed on hold pending the outcome of the investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the full Account balance will be returned to the Player. Where a breach is confirmed, gtk922 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance in accordance with these Terms.

Dispute Resolution: If you wish to dispute a bet settlement, a transaction, a bonus decision, or any other matter relating to your Account, you must submit a formal dispute to our support team within 30 days of the relevant event occurring.
